Welcome to SmuckersLabel! By using our service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

SmuckersLabel provides custom label design services. We create personalized, print-ready label designs based on your uploaded photos and information. You will receive:

• A high-resolution, print-ready digital file of your custom label
• Email delivery of your completed design
• Instructions for printing and application

This is a design service only. We do not sell, ship, or provide physical jars or preserve products. You are responsible for purchasing a Smucker's jar separately and applying the label yourself.

2. Jar Purchase Requirement

By using SmuckersLabel, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will purchase a physical Smucker's preserve jar to apply your custom label to
• SmuckersLabel does not include, provide, or ship any physical jars or food products
• You are responsible for sourcing and purchasing the jar independently

3. Fan & Novelty Product Disclaimer

This is a fan-made novelty product. SmuckersLabel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The J.M. Smucker Company. "Smucker's" and all related trademarks, logos, and designs are the property of their respective owners.

Our service creates custom novelty labels inspired by the Smucker's aesthetic for personal, non-commercial use only. By purchasing, you acknowledge this is a parody/homage product created by independent designers.

4. What You're Purchasing

When you pay $5, you are purchasing:

• Design labor and customization work — Our service processes your photo, customizes text and layout, and generates a unique label file
• A digital file — You receive a print-ready PNG file delivered via email
• A custom creation — Each label is unique and specific to your uploaded photo and information

You are not purchasing a physical product, jar, or preserves.

5. Digital Product & Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our product is a digital file delivered instantly upon payment, we cannot offer refunds once your label has been created and delivered.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You understand this is a digital product with immediate delivery
• Refunds are not available after the file is delivered to your email
• You are responsible for reviewing your design before completing payment

Exception: If there is a technical error preventing delivery of your file, contact us at smuckerslabel@polsia.app and we will resolve the issue.

6. Acceptable Use & Your Responsibilities

When using SmuckersLabel, you agree to:

• Own the rights to any photo you upload, or have permission to use it
• Not upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Not upload images of celebrities, copyrighted characters, or other people's intellectual property without permission
• Use labels for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not resell or redistribute the label files we create for you

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate these terms.

7. Photo Rights & Privacy

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for creating your custom label. We do not use your photos for any other purpose.

We store uploaded photos securely and do not share them with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Intellectual Property

The label design you receive is a custom work created specifically for you. You may use it for personal purposes (printing, applying to jars, sharing with friends/family). You may not:

• Resell the design or label files
• Use the design for commercial purposes
• Claim ownership of the underlying template designs or service

All SmuckersLabel branding, templates, and website content are owned by SmuckersLabel and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

SmuckersLabel provides label design services "as is." We are not liable for:

• Print quality issues (we provide a high-resolution file, but printing depends on your printer/service)
• Application issues (how well the label adheres to your jar)
• Any use of the label after delivery
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service

Our total liability for any claim related to SmuckersLabel is limited to the amount you paid ($5).

10. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your credit card information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SmuckersLabel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
