Photos

• Uploaded images — The photo you upload to appear on your custom label
• Photos are stored securely on our servers and used solely to generate your label design

Payment Information

• Payment details — Processed securely through Stripe (our payment processor)
• We do NOT store your credit card numbers or payment details on our servers
• Stripe handles all payment information according to their Privacy Policy

Technical Information

• Usage data — IP address (hashed for privacy), browser type, device information
• Cookies — We use basic cookies for site functionality (no advertising/tracking cookies)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create your custom label — Process your photo and information to generate your unique label design
• Deliver your order — Send your completed label file to your email address
• Process payments — Handle transactions securely through Stripe
• Provide customer support — Respond to questions or issues with your order
• Improve our service — Analyze usage patterns to enhance the user experience (anonymized data only)

3. We Don't Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your email, photos, and personal details are yours. We will never sell them to advertisers, data brokers, or other companies.

4. Photo Retention Policy

Here's how we handle your uploaded photos:

• Storage — Photos are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2)
• Usage — Photos are used ONLY to create your custom label design
• Retention — We retain photos to allow you to re-download your label if needed
• Deletion — You can request deletion of your photo by emailing smuckerslabel@polsia.app

We do not use your photos for any purpose other than creating your label. We don't train AI models with your photos, share them publicly, or use them in marketing.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share limited information with trusted service providers to operate SmuckersLabel:

• Stripe — Payment processing (they receive your email and payment info)
• Cloudflare R2 — Secure file storage for uploaded photos and generated labels
• Render — Hosting infrastructure for our website and servers
• Neon — Database hosting for order records

These providers are bound by strict privacy agreements and may only use your data to provide services to SmuckersLabel. They cannot use your data for their own purposes.

6. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA & GDPR)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — Request corrections to inaccurate information
• Deletion — Request deletion of your data (including uploaded photos)
• Portability — Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format
• Opt-out — Opt out of any future marketing emails (we don't send many)

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information:

• All data transmitted to/from SmuckersLabel is encrypted via HTTPS
• Photos are stored in secure, access-controlled cloud storage
• Payment information is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
• We use industry-standard security practices for our servers and databases

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

SmuckersLabel is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us at smuckerslabel@polsia.app and we will delete it.

9. International Users

SmuckersLabel is operated in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using SmuckersLabel, you consent to this transfer and processing.

We use cookies for basic site functionality (e.g., maintaining your session). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.
